State-of-the-art technology includes the latest touch screens, in-built computers and High Definition (HD) technology, 7000 Lumen drop-down projectors with full HD capability, the latest internal sound systems and giant 14ft screens in the hotel's largest ballroom, The Great Room. The Great Room also boasts an 80 inch touchscreen TV monitor (currently the only one installed in an Auckland hotel boardroom). New interactive social media platforms also allow real-time feedback and engagement for your attendees and delegates, via Event Polling (real-time voting) and Event Tweet (instant social networking with your own dedicated event hashtag).

Recreation Facilities Stop by our unique lounge bar Palm Court to relax over a cocktail or evening meal, or choose your favourite dishes from the interactive kitchens at our signature restaurant, Eight. Christmas Dinner and DJ Package
For just $119 per person, enjoy a sumptuous three-course Christmas-themed plated dinner or buffet dinner and all of the above, PLUS a DJ for 3 hours so you can dance the night away. An additional charge applies to the DJ sound system for events of more than 250 guests.

Christmas in the Great Room
If you’re planning for big numbers, look no further than our opulent Great Room. For just $135 per person, indulge in a stylish celebration, including a lavish Christmas buffet dinner with a 5-hour beverage package, room hire (a minimum of 350 guests applies), white linen napkins and floor length table cloths, personalised menus on each table, Christmas crackers and centrepiece, stage and dance floor, plus a night’s accommodation for the organiser in a Classic Room.
