Our smaller function rooms, the Moseley & Colley Rooms are perfect for a more intimate reception, both at one of the best locations in Adelaide. All function rooms feature floor to ceiling windows and some with access to balconies with spectacular ocean views, catering for a wide variety of functions and events with this impressive ambience.

Meetings and Events

From board meetings to gala events, conventions to school formals, Stamford Grand Adelaide’s impressive function facilities cater for any occasion. An entire floor is dedicated to conferencing, with 12 rooms available, offering a capacity of up to 750 people.

The Grand Ballroom

This impressive ballroom is the largest ballroom within the Stamford Group. This magnificent room features a large private balcony, beautiful ocean views, vehicle access and French windows. It can be divided into five separate rooms for additional breakout or concurrent sessions.

Moseley Rooms

These Flexible and versatile function rooms can be taken as one, two or three separate rooms or combined to form one large room catering for up to 70 guests. All rooms feature ceiling to floor windows with natural light and stunning sea views. Guests are able to access the sweeping balcony for indoor/outdoor flow.

Hindmarsh Rooms

These two function rooms are the perfect place for a private meeting or an intimate social gathering. When combined they accommodate up to 50 guests. These two rooms offer all that is needed to impress.

Colley Rooms

These two multi-purpose rooms are the ideal venue for weddings, conferences and mid-scale events. Catering for up to 100 guests for a theatre style meeting and 80 guests for a dinner, these two rooms offer a sense of splendour with the ceiling to floor windows, views and private balcony.

The romance of the sea, sweeping views from the balcony and the charm and elegance of the Grand Ballroom provide the most magnificent wedding and special events venue Adelaide has to offer. Extensive menus are available to suit all dietary requirements, along with on-site audio visual and technical assistance.
