Meetings and Events

The Alice Springs Convention Centre caters for groups ranging from meetings of 10 people through to conferences of 1,200 delegates and exhibitions involving up to 3,000 visitors. The design is on a grid system for maximum versatility with the conference rooms being rapidly reconfigured to cater for different events, exhibitions or workshops during a conference or to cater for smaller, more intimate gatherings. Catering Whether it's for a special event, conference or intimate dinner the team at the Alice Springs Convention Centre is here to deliver. The Alice Springs Convention Centre is committed to presenting the finest menus to complement your special event. Our skilled culinary team has created menus that not only reflect today’s modern cuisine, but also capture the essence of our unique location by incorporating indigenous ingredients. The Centre’s Executive Sous Chef, Pritam Shirlal, works with carefully selected suppliers to source the highest quality and freshest produce in order to craft our diverse event menus. These fine food menus are accompanied by beverage choices that feature a wide selection of Australian wines to suit all tastes and budgets.

We can also provide off-site catering so you can welcome your guests to Australia's iconic Outback - a destination like no other, From bush food canapes amongst a gallery of aboriginal masterpieces through to a lavish banquet under a desert starlight chandelier the only limit to your Alice Springs story is your imagination. With world-class conference facilities, we also provide the little extras you need to make your event seamless and impressive. Our in house audiovisual specialists, Staging Connections, can assist in creating the look and sound you need, providing everything from a basic wireless lapel microphone through to a concert PA system, staging, lighting, video/computer projectors, event styling, spectacular lighting themes and more! We have the audio visual equipment and expertise to purpose build the look, feel and technology of your event.
